Our Story
The Florence Collective was born from a shared passion for transformation—both in business and in design. As longtime real estate investors and problem solvers, we (two husband-and-wife teams) have spent the last five years revitalizing properties, turning the forgotten and overlooked into the most beautiful, sought-after spaces in their neighborhoods.
Beyond our love for real estate, we’ve always been drawn to the timeless beauty of Italy. As Italian-Americans who travel there as often as we can, we are endlessly inspired by the architecture, art, and effortless elegance of the Tuscan region. When the opportunity arose to bring something special to Oak Creek—our own hometown—we knew we wanted to create more than just salon suites. We wanted to build a space that reflects the warmth, sophistication, and sense of community that defines Italian culture.
