What’s included in my lease?
When starting The Florence Collective, we wanted to set ourselves apart from other salon suites by going above and beyond with amenities so that all you have to worry about is running your business. Included in your lease is complementary access to flex education space, all utilities, free on-site laundry, all maintenance, and much more!
Can I customize my suite?
We are glad you asked. Within reason, we are open to customizations and alterations to each suite, so that you can better serve your clients. We have some of the best and most affordable contracting teams that would be happy to help perform various upgrades to your suite.
How long are the lease terms?
The simple answer is that we know life happens and can sometimes be unpredictable. We don’t want to lock you into a lease that is costly or a headache to break, so we are on a month to month basis only. We just ask for a 90 day heads up is all! Do please note while we don’t require yearly leases, we DO show appreciation in other ways for our partners that decide to stay long term
Who can lease a suite?
We are a destination for visionaries, creatives, and wellness professionals to thrive in luxury and community. If you are a professional in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, medical, etc…we have a suite for you! This is not a comprehensive list, so feel free to reach out if you are unsure if your business would fit in.
How do I apply for a suite?
Simply fill out the online form after clicking “claim your suite” and one of our team members will reach out to best service you. Keep in mind, our doors are always open, so feel free to just drop on by and check out the space yourself!
